DELIVERIES

In metropolitan France:

For customers living in Lyon Region we offer a possibility of hand delivery for your order. You will be able to choose the "hand delivery" option when you purchase. We will contact you afterwards to arrange an appointment.

For shipping in Metropolitan France Azaadi uses the services of La Poste and Mondial Relay. Orders are sent with tracking to the address indicated by the customer within 5 to 7 business days once they have been processed. 

To ensure that deadlines are met customers must ensure that they provide Azaadi with accurate information regarding the delivery address (street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers...).

The shipping costs are at the customer's expense. For customers living in metropolitan France the amount varies between 2.20 € and 5.40 €. For orders over 120 € the shipping costs are offered

International:

Azaadi carries out shipments throughout Europe and can also, upon request, carry out for other countries. 

For international shipping Azaadi uses the services of Mondial Relay. Orders are sent with tracking to the address indicated by the customer within 5 to 7 business days once they have been processed. 

To ensure that deadlines are met customers must ensure that they provide Azaadi with accurate information regarding the delivery address (street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers...).

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For customers living internationally the price for shipping is €8.40. For orders over 120 € shipping costs are offered

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason (the size does not fit you, you are not convinced by the cut...) you will be able to return your order under the following conditions:

  • The return must be made within 15 days, beginning on the day of receipt of the order. 
  • The shipping costs of returning a package are at the responsibility of the customer.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new, unworn, unwashed condition. 
  • Once we have received and analyzed the return, we will validate (if the previously mentioned conditions have been met) or not (if the previously mentioned conditions have not been met) your request for return or refund. 
  • When your return request is validated you will receive a credit note for the amount of your purchase. This voucher can be used at any time, with no time limit. 
  • You will be able to exchange your item for another of the same or different price. If the exchange item is more expensive than the original item, you will be able to make up the difference at checkout. If the exchange item is less expensive than the original item, you will receive a voucher with the difference. You will be able to use this voucher at any time, with no time limit. 

A full or partial refund of an item is ONLY possible under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is not what you ordered.
  • The product you received has manufacturing defects (stains, holes, tears, missing buttons...)
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new, unworn, unwashed condition. 
  • Once we receive and analyze the return, we will validate (if the previously mentioned conditions have been met) or not (if the previously mentioned conditions have not been met) your request for return or refund. 
  • When your refund request is validated, unless the customer wishes otherwise, Azaadi will make the refund using the original method of payment, within a number of days.
